Samsung&T-Mobile announced the new SGH-T409 Wi-Fi phone today. The SGH-t409 has built-in Wi-Fi, and support of the T-Mobile HotSpot @Home service. The HotSpot @Home service lets you using the Wi-Fi network for calls.

Also, the Samsung T409 offers a 65k colors 128 x 160 px display, a 1.3-megapixel camera with Video Recorder, T-Mobile’s newest myFaves service(for keeps in contact with you favorite people), and Bluetooth wireless technology.

Sprint announced the new LG Muziq music phone today. The LG Muziq comes with a 262k colors (TFT) 176 x 220 px display, a 1.3-megapixel camera, microSD memory card support for up to 4G and Bluetooth wireless technology.

As a sprint phone, the LG Muziq has EV-DO support, plus access to Sprint’s array of 3G services. Using Sprint’s high-speed ntwork, the Muziq provides Sprint Music Store’s over-the-air song downloads, Sprint TV with more than 50 channels and Sprint Navigation(full-feature GPS navigation).

The LG Muziq also built-in FM transmitter(lets customers listen to their tunes wirelessly through their car stereo or any other FM radio wtihin 10 feet).

The innovative Samsung UpStage (SPH-M620) music phone will have consumers literally flipping over its dual-screen design and multimedia features. The UpStage offers a dual-face handset design. On one side is a large, clear screen with a sweep touch key that makes music control intuitive. Flip over to the other side and it’s a Samsung phone. Though it’s hardly the first quality music phone–Sony Ericsson and Nokia have had their share–its inventive, dual-sided design does more to combine cell phone and MP3 player ergonomics than any other music handset we’ve seen.This uniquely designed handset from Sprint is at first glance an ultra-thin (0.37-inches thick) candy bar model phone. But flip it over, and the phone resembles an iPod Nano with a larger and brighter 2.1-inch TFT screen. The 65,000-color TFT display on the phone side also was a mixed bag. First off, it’s tiny at just 1.4 inches diagonally (176×65 pixels). Normally we’d be up in arms about such a small screen, but we understand Samsung’s motive–a bigger screen would have made for a bigger phone. It manages to cram in the date, the time, signal strength, battery life, and even photo caller ID, but the tiny dialing and message text may be too small for some users.

The Katana DLX includes a 262000 colors (TFT) QVGA main display, power save mode, Bluetooth wireless technology, a 1.3-megapixel camera and a microSD card slot that supports 4 GB microSDHC cards, wireless backup for easily restoring contact information if the phone is ever lost, stolen or damaged and GPS-enabled supporting Sprint Navigation. The Katana DLX also has three bold colors.

AT&T announced the Samsung SGH-A717 clamshell-style phone today. The Samsung A717 is one of the slimmest 3G phones, comes with a 262k colors 240 x 320 px display, a 2.0-megapixel camera with Video Recorder, Bluetooth wireless technology, microSD card slot, voice recognition, and MP3 player.

With 3G-HSDPA technology, users can get high-speed data download. With AT&T’s Video Share servic, users can add a live, one-way video stream to a standard voice call. AT&T Mobile Music allows customers to use Napster or Yahoo! Music to load music onto the phone.
